1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Axiora mobile application or web application at axioraastrology.com (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy located at [Settings > Privacy Policy] within the App and at axioraastrology.com/privacy (incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is available globally on iOS, Android, and the web. These Terms apply to all users worldwide, regardless of the platform on which or location from which you access or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axiora. In these Terms, "Axiora," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Axiora and its affiliates, successors, and assigns; "you" and "your" refer to any user of the App. Unless otherwise specified, all references to the "App" include both the mobile application and the web application.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Axiora is a personalized wellness companion that draws on Western astrology and Eastern BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) to offer guidance for self-reflection, personal growth, and relationship understanding. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate individualized content based on birth data you provide.

The App includes, but is not limited to:

• Daily Insights — Personalized daily guidance with energy scores, focus areas, and timing recommendations
• Weekly Reports — Deeper weekly outlook with timing windows and thematic analysis
• Monthly Reports — Comprehensive monthly planning with quarterly context
• Yearly Reports — Annual forecasts with seasonal breakdowns
• Lifetime Blueprint — One-time comprehensive birth chart analysis combining Western and Eastern astrology
• Guide Chat — AI-powered conversational guidance that draws on your astrological profile
• Oracle Memory — The Guide retains key life topics from your conversations for personalized responses
• Daily Compatibility — Daily relationship insights for saved friend/partner profiles
• Compatibility Reports — Detailed relationship analysis between two birth charts
• Weekly Reflections — AI-generated weekly summaries delivered every Monday
• Proactive Messages — Personalized messages based on significant astrological transits
• Attendance Tracking — Daily app-open activity to unlock features such as Weekly Reflections
• Concerns & Interests — Personalization settings for tailored guidance

3. CHANGES TO THE APP

We are continuously improving the App and creating new features. This means we may add, update, or remove features, content, or functionality at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the App altogether. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you in advance of material changes.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or any feature to the extent permitted by law.

4. WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Axiora is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. All content generated by the App is intended for personal reflection and self-awareness purposes.

You acknowledge that:

• Astrological interpretations are tools for self-reflection, not predictive guarantees
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or generalizations
• You should consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, financial, or legal decisions
• The App does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
• Content quality may vary across the 14 supported languages
• Any reliance you place on content generated by the App is strictly at your own risk

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use the App, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify Axiora immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not transfer your account to any third party.

7. USER DATA AND BIRTH INFORMATION

To provide its services, Axiora collects and processes the following birth data:

• Date of birth
• Time of birth (or indication that birth time is unknown)
• Place of birth (geographic coordinates)
• Gender (used solely for BaZi calculation logic)
• Timezone offset (derived from birth location, used for accurate chart timing)

This data is essential for generating astrological content and is stored securely in your user profile. For complete details on data collection, use, and retention, see our Privacy Policy.

8. THIRD-PARTY BIRTH DATA

You may submit birth data for other individuals for compatibility analysis. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and consent to share that data, or that the data belongs to a public figure for whom such use is reasonable.

9. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND AUTO-RENEWAL

Axiora offers three subscription tiers, each available on a monthly or annual basis:

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are processed by your app store or, for web subscriptions, by Stripe. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings, Google Play settings, your account settings on the website, or via in-app links. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing: Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (for web purchases). Pricing may vary by region and currency.

10. GUIDE CHAT CREDIT PACKS

In addition to subscription-included credits, users may purchase standalone Guide Chat credit packs:

• 5 Credits — $2.99
• 10 Credits — $4.99
• 25 Credits — $6.99

Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. Credits are consumed per Guide Chat interaction.

11. ONE-TIME INSIGHT PURCHASES

Users may purchase individual insights without a subscription:

• Weekly Insight — $2.99
• Monthly Insight — $3.99
• Yearly Insight — $4.99
• Compatibility Report — $4.99

One-time purchases grant access to the purchased content for as long as your account remains active. Access may be lost if you delete your account or if the App is discontinued.

12. FREE TIER

Users who do not subscribe may access:

• First free daily insight
• Limited Guide Chat interactions
• Basic birth chart information

Free tier access is subject to change at Axiora's discretion.

13. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Mobile: Payments for subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time purchases made through the mobile App are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Axiora uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.

Web: Payments made through the web application are processed by Stripe. Axiora does not access or store your full payment card details; Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

• Subscription renewals are handled by the respective platform (app store or Stripe)
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policies
• To request a refund for mobile purchases, contact Apple or Google. For web purchases, contact support@axioraastrology.com

14. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

All insights, reports, chat responses, weekly reflections, and compatibility analyses are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI). Content is personalized based on your birth data, concerns, language preference, and conversation history.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is probabilistic and may contain errors
• Content should not be relied upon for critical life decisions
• Axiora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated content
• Content generation may be temporarily unavailable due to service disruptions

15. ORACLE MEMORY AND PERSONALIZATION

The Guide Chat feature includes Oracle Memory, which extracts and retains key life topics and themes (not raw chat transcripts) from your conversations. This enables increasingly personalized guidance over time.

You acknowledge that:

• Extracted topics are stored in your user profile on secure cloud infrastructure
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time (see Section 20)
• Oracle Memory improves over time as you interact with the Guide
• Topic extraction is performed by AI and may not always be accurate
• See our Privacy Policy for details on Oracle Memory data retention

16. FEATURE-SPECIFIC TERMS

Weekly Reflections: AI-generated summaries of your past week's astrological themes, delivered every Monday at approximately 3:00 AM local time. Available to VIP subscribers with at least 3 days of attendance during the preceding week.

Proactive Messages: VIP subscribers may receive proactive messages from the Guide when significant astrological events or transits occur. Delivered via push notification and personalized to your birth chart.

Push Notifications: The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or the App's notification preferences.

17. USER CONTENT AND INPUTS

You are responsible for any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Axiora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for providing and improving the App's services to you.

Your submissions must not:

• Contain unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful material
• Seek to exploit or harm minors
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, moderate, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, trademarks, and technology in the App are the property of Axiora or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission.

AI-generated content provided to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any part of the App or its content to create, train, or develop any artificial intelligence or similar models.

19. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with the App's infrastructure or security
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or the website
• Share, resell, or redistribute generated content commercially
• Submit false or misleading birth data for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or send harmful content through Guide Chat
• Circumvent subscription or credit limits through technical means
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Frame, mirror, or embed the web application on another website without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

20. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen or your account settings on the website. Upon account deletion:

• Your personal data, birth data, insights, chat history, Oracle Memory data, attendance records, and all associated content will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Limited encrypted backups may be retained briefly for operational integrity, after which they are permanently purged
• Subscription management is handled by your app store or Stripe (for web subscriptions); you must separately cancel any active subscription. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions
• Account deletion is irreversible

21. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or where required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account as described in Section 20.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AXIORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

AXIORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AXIORA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiora and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any content you submit through the App.

25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Small Claims Court: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 60 days. To notify us, email support@axioraastrology.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice."

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of California.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@axioraastrology.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER: YOU AND AXIORA WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All claims and disputes will be litigated exclusively within the courts of the State of California.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

27. NOTICES

We may provide notices to you through the App, the website, or via email. You are considered to have received notice when we send it to your email on file or post it on the App or website.

All legal notices to us must be sent to support@axioraastrology.com.

28. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND ASSIGNMENT

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term will constitute a further or continuing waiver.

These Terms may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent. Axiora may assign these Terms without restriction.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies posted in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiora with respect to the App and supersede all prior understandings and agreements.

30. LANGUAGE

The App is available in 14 languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Hindi, Thai, Indonesian, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

These Terms are drafted and executed in English. The English-language version is the sole authoritative and legally binding version. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only and have no legal effect. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall govern and control in all respects.

31. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App relies on the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — AI content generation
• Firebase / Google Cloud — Authentication, database, cloud functions
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notification delivery
• Firebase Analytics — Pseudonymous usage analytics
• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management (mobile)
• Stripe — Payment processing (web)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Payment processing and app distribution (mobile)
• LocationIQ — Birth location geocoding

Axiora is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or data handling practices beyond our control.

32. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC TERMS

Apple App Store and Google Play Store: These Terms are between you and Axiora, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Web Application: If you access the App through the web at axioraastrology.com, your access is governed directly by these Terms. Web payments are processed by Stripe.
